By using the World Cup 2026 Bracket Challenge ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The Service is a game of skill and prediction, offered for entertainment. Predictions must be submitted before the tournament deadline; after kickoff they are locked and cannot be changed.

Optional one-time purchases (entry ticket, league creation, HD poster) are processed by our payment provider. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for your account details and for keeping your login link private. One account per person. Do not abuse, automate, or attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards; we may suspend accounts that do.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA; team names, fixtures and results are used for informational purposes only. We may update the tournament data, scoring, features or these terms at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
